The two items above are in preparation of the upcoming upgrades in Jan. Though these two items are transparent to you the user they are an essential tool for Traffic to NCSR.

Also in the works behind the scenes is the Portal work that had stopped for a while as the Bugs got ironed out. This will be a great enhancement for users as you will be able to navigate much easier and view content snippets before going to the direct thread. More on that later.
