Thread: Ya know sometimes our own kind are fooking fookers

I have to vent, WTF is wrong with people, I mean seriously, especially our own community. Arrogant fookers we are, though it is not a bad thing, it serves our egos.

Here is my bitch, maybe a whine more than a bitch maybe a damn that hurt my feee-wings.

Two neighbors take off to ride this morning, I spoke to one of them Wed after I got home, was I invited? no, will I crash the ride? no I mean even while we are speaking on Wed, I mentioned i needed to ride, I have Sat booked and would like to ride Fri morning as well. The guy says, me and such and such with a few other riders are heading down 25 on Sunday... So I wait, Wait for the Hey why dont you join us.....

So I wait until this morning... As I see them pack up and watch them ride off. Now for history of the mentality. This one neighbor is a one upper, always has to be a story ahead, always one of them bench racing stories and so forth. I can say I passed Nicky Hayden, he would respond I lapped Rossi, you know the kind, in all reality, when I road with the dude, I had to slow down and wait.

I just thought it was messed up, and yes it got my panties in a wad. It just shows to me the caliber of twat this fooker is.

There, rant over, I still am a little peeved.

this is why I prefer to ride alone and or with a very select few.

dude- I dont know where to go with this.. I have so many emotions at once I feel like a girl ;)

okay here we go

1- you should have pulled the string out and manned up.
2- You should have gotten details on where they were going so you could find them and blew by them.
3- I understand what you are saying but maybe your not a good fit and he cannot 1 up you when they have to play catch up all day ;)
4- you should just come up here and ride with some of us ( the ones that have bikes with registration :( )

I know, its mangina of me to even post, maybe its just I am leaving tomorrow morning and I be in a foul mood to begin with.

I bet they placed you way up on an out of reach pedestal and probably thought they didn't rate high enough to even ask if you wanted to ride with them. Damn fast old guys anyways.

I feel your pain, R1....over the last decade, mostly in the last couple of year, I have several friends who I always invite to go ride (not on this forum)........I have a good core of friends i ride with, many on this forum--side note

So over the years i alway got butt hurt from them never coming out and riding. They always had excuses for not riding (paul, kris, and a few others). I eventually gave up on them. I dont call them anymore or invite them to ride anymore. Fuck'em. I mean I miss them and wish they would ride, but I am sick of trying almost begging them to come and share my fun. I got tired of investing energy into them with no return or reciprocation. So I cut the dead weight.

I guess my problem is the opposite of yours. But I do find myself riding by myself more often these days.

That is why the forums are so great. you can always find someone to ride with. I have meet some great people thru this and other forums.
