Nice, that song brings back memories of a simpler(more reckless) time for me.What type of cam are you using?
Jason ... quick , not fast
Yeah, I know what you mean about simpler-more reckless times. I was in the Corps at the time the Cult was popular.
The cam is a little Pocket DV II. It's basically a toy cam, 320x240, but has alot of functionality for a $129 device.
Repackaging it so that I can attach it to my helmet while riding. Plus, I'm adding a power regulation/protection circuit so that I can power it off of my bike. I'd like to go further and separate the camera portion of the circuit to the main board, so all that I would have to attach to the helmet would be the "camera" portion. But being a CMOS device, I'm not sure if the circuit would have the drive strength to get the signal from the camera to the main board. Don't think I would want to make a circuit for that. Would take away from too much riding time.
And yes, believe it or not, I am a nerd at heart.![]()
i couldn't handle that mount being like that... :D good editing though!
Steve, you just let your inner nerd outa the bag :P
GoDogGO!
Every day that I live to ride another is the best day of my life......
Nice vid Steve (cool editing/soundtrack).
Have to agree with Joe...I couldn't ride with a mount up that high! (hell, I have a hard time with it mounted right on the tank)
Looked like a beautiful day at the coast 8) .
no regrets
Thanks for all the positive comments guys!
Yeah, that mount was a real pain in the ass. While my lines are getting better and better, that mount really messed with my riding style that day. I really had to tone it down while the camera and mount were on the bike.
Gotta get the new packaging together, I'm diggin this!
Rubber side down guys.... \m/ 8) \m/
