    Default cant get wot

OK so after a day of riding the RVT I've come across a problem that isn't a huge deal but still bugs me. I can't ride anything without having my index finger on the front brake lever. Its just a habit of mine. The millisecond that it takes to take finger off grip and move it to the brake lever could mean the difference between hitting something or getting stopped. Problem is when I get on the bike and grab the throttle/ brake in a comfortable position it leaves me not haveing enough wrist movement to turn it all the way to WOT. The RVT already has a 1/4 throttle on it. (feels like a half throttle in your mind when riding)

I had that same problem, I soon discovered that placing my right left arm slightly forward and to the right this in turn caused my right centrigul simgraph fookle snook to centralize into my lower hiatest simsapdippywoo

I dont know if that helps but I figured WTF might as well share

This is why I went with the 5th turn R6 throttle tube on the SV, the 1/4 turn was a pain.

That might just be what I need!!! Would I need just the tube or the whole assembly?

I had a Bultaco Persang with 1/4 throttle pumper carb. I had the same issue, it wasnt until Jimmie mentioned the throttle tube I remembered.

Beside the ON OR OFF switch the 1/4 gave the pumper I was unable to ride with any finger on the brake.

As with you, I run with my index on the brake at all times. On the R1, the issue wasnt the 1/4 but the position of the brake lever and adjusting only came after I carefully bent the brake line elbow that was restricting the ability to move the lever. Its not were I need it, but makes life easier.

What I am suggesting is not the Throttle at all, possile readjusting or getting a different brake lever?

The SimDipDooDiddywap is in fact a real syndrome though, it comes from too many shrooms and a talkitive dog

CAN YOU ADJUST THE SLACK IN THE CABLE?

On the SV the 03 R6 tube is a direct drop in. I had to get the left grip because the Yama's are fatter. Don't know if this set up will work on the Honda. I bet the is sometime available for it though.

I ride the same way Forrest and glued some additional plastic (from a pop up sprinkler head) to give the Tuono quicker throttle. I have done this 3 times with no issues. The R6 tube does not fit, so this was my home made version. As R1 said, lever adjustment can help. I spend a lot (to much?) energy on bike ergonomics. One reason I love the Tuono. It fits!
