I stand corrected, I use the extreme pro pads.. mmmm, i might need new pads, I am putting 03 r1 calipers tomorrow on the FZ1. Put I just got a set of extreme pro this summer for mine. good thing the fz1 & r1 use the same pads, I think? John how much for a set of these pads for R1 2001, I am hoping they are the same pads for the fz1....

well i guess those are for the track only/racing pads. I looked it up the pro extreme will work on both fz1 01 and 03 r1 caliper. I don't need new pads yet.. the r1 calipers sure are lighter in weight.

EP's are great pads, they work cold and hot, by far the best pads I have ever used.

The extreme pros a good. But the new pads sound very good for initial bite. As i get faster brake confidence becomes more important.

I like the part where they say they're "TO GRIPPY" for the street. Sounds like the pads for me.
    Drats, no pads for my 00-03 GSXR 750 calipers . . .

I can get them, but they are costly, I mean these are more expensive then the house hooker at MGM Grand in Vegas
