    Default Cha,cha, chain

Replacing the sprockets and chain on my '06 cbr600. Got the sprockets under control, but the chain is making me crazy. The length is 112 links standard (I think) but all the chains I see are either 110 or 120 links in length. Is the 110 too short, or can I go with the 120 and remove some links??????

You can count the links on your old chain and buy a new one with the same # of links or buy a longer one and cut it down. Just need to grind the plates and punch out the pins...be careful to break the chain at the right spot .
    no regrets

also depends on what gearing you're changing your bike to... if you're going up teeth on the rear, you'll need a longer chain often times, et cetera.
