    Default Special NCSR trackday

    Hi all,

I am looking into doing a 20 person trackday with a coach and suspension services. Cost would be around 300 (track dependent )bucks BUT that means the track and services would be JUST for the 20 people.

what I was thinking is an open trackday with coach(s) that would come in and work with us as a group and 1 on 1. I have not talked to suspension person but that also would be cool.

Would anyone be interested if I was able to set this up?

    FUCK YEA

try 30 charles, the price would be cheaper being divided out by 30 instead of 20 and really not that much more traffic on the track.

Figure if its open track, not all 30 riders would be out all at once, and if so.... 30 aint really all that crowded unless everyone is running the same pace, then it would be like a endurance race of who is gonna pit first!!!!!!!! how fukn badass would that be?!?!??!?!?!!

omg omg omg, this forum is motherfukn BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can prolly drag 2-3 others with me, if we can finalize the date so we can get the word out so they can start saving.

this is almost identical to the guy whose renting it out on 10/11 and doing it backwards, hes just making it limited to 30 ppl @ $200 to break even.

maybe you can get do a joint trackday with 4theriders with joe or something?!?! its happened before, i attended the first 4theriders open trackday and had a blast.

im sure if you get this posted on barf earlier enough we can lasso up 20 - 30 riders just like that!!!!!!!!

the earlier the better, im going to buy my spots for infineon 9/12. 9/19/ 9/26 soon, so should i hold off and attend this ncsr special day?!?!

just getting a feeler out- I would set this up more then likey for spring next year. I want to have all ducks in a row.

30 people would be at the extreme end and you would not get that much cost savings- but i will look into it.

    I'm interested Mellow

I understand this is early stages, but if i were to sign up I'd need to know more about the coaching end of it. At open trackdays, skill levels will likely cover a broad spectrum and have different teaching requirements. At $300, i'd want to be sure i'm gettin some of that, otherwise i'd prefer to plunk $230 for an open day w/out instruction.
If his schedule allows, i'll bet Dave Moss would work somethign out with you, as would either Dito or Joe.
Ive put on a few open days at T-hill, so i'm familiar with at least some of the challenges. Lemme know if i can help out in any way.

I am looking into all avenues that you have mentioned. Yes we could do a 250 and open trackday. I am thinking a good instructor would be nice though for people who want it.

    hey guys

i had a chat with charles and we are up to offer a superbike-coach track drill class at this event.

the class will be in the a/c rooms in the main building.
    level: intermediate+
    coach: myself
cost: if there are minimum 5-9 sign up's = $89 each, 10 riders and up = $50 each

we know its a short note, and this here is just a way to find out how many of you guys would do this.
    so let us know asap

    so mellow lets clarify,

    $300 Track Fee
    $89 Instruction

Total $389 for a open day with instruction?

If more then 10 people sign up for instruction it will be $350 in total?

I am really stuck and cant commit, i am planning to buy track day ticket passes (ptt or keigwins) or zoom zooms season pass (because you can sell 10x trackdays) on the schedule.

I am leaning towards keigwins because i would like to do their schools.

The actual cost is something in the works. The latest idea is do a trackday for about 265 to275 person and hace coaching an extra cost.
