Default Looking good, new gold bling on the FZ1.. 03 R1 calipers...

I finally got these bad boys on over the weekend and bleed tonight.. They look nice!! it a nice subtle touch of gold to the bike.. plus its lighter, had larger holes in the banjo bolts and well look cool.
Had fun using one of those brake bleeder kits too, CG had a sale on them. Suprized that it actually worked.

No track whoring this year, just ride, ride, ride.. Hope to see you riding. So Terry where I find a track pimp anyways?

    Thats a sensible response
I could. I could also try new oem and brembo master cylinders, braided lines, Castrol SRF(among others), every racing pad known to man..I could remove the entire system and bench bleed it forward and back until my head explodes. and i did.
my gen of gsxr's have crap brakes. 50% of the master cylinders are poo, and the non-monoblock calipers flex, thus the common yamaha solution (unless you race production).
Suzuki went to brembo calipers in 2011.

carry on. Let us know how they feel mr calamari!
